The place was impressive and lovely, we really enjoyed it. Stayed in spotless and airy deluxe queen room with a nice view. The staff were all amicable, attentive.

Double room was brand-new for bigger bed, exceptional value in comparison with other options. The location was incredible and the breakfast was substantial and delicious.
Actually, Wi-Fi was kind of slow and our bed was pretty small.

The queen room we stayed in were a nice size and brand-new with a balcony. The location for Looe was exceptionally nice, close enough to steepish hill to walk up, all the Restaurants, and the Smugglers Cott brilliant restaurant. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was savoury.

The property was impressive with helpful staff on our request by the owner, I truly enjoyed the stay. Got a delicious breakfast included. The location offered was particularly good close enough to the harbour, the pubs / shops in Looe, and city centre. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mercat Bar. We got exceptional value at this hotel.
